Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) 2019 will be held from May 12th until May 17th in Phoenix, AZ. 21 Japanese finalists arrived without facing problems. All of the finalists seem communicated enough and trusted each other.
After they arrived at Phoenix Convention Center, finalists began to set up their poster.
Then, they joined the first event, Pin Exchange, which is focused on the finalist communication. They wear Happi to appeal Japan to other country’s finalists. Not only appealing Japan, but each finalist communicated with other finalists. Some of the finalists exchanged all the pin he/she had. Because of over ten hours travel and poster setup, finalists look tired, but after the pin exchange, their face turned to satisfied one.
Each finalist contiue the poster setup, and at night, it is time to join the Opening Ceremony.
